Who am I ?

I'm Jean-François Legrand, freelance Quality consultant, with more than 30 years of industrial experience. My skills ranges from suppliers’ quality management to customer quality. I'm committed to understanding your issues in order to propose practical solutions, suitable to small industrial companies.

My skills

Suppliers’ quality management and projects technical support.

I will support you to qualify new suppliers, to perform product and process audits, as well as in validation of samples, serial productions and first deliveries.

I am also involved in customer service, handling after-sales support, implementing improvement plans and modifications validation.

Management Systems Audits

I am auditor for Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, IRCA-ISO 9001 Certified and internal auditor for EN 9100 and EN 9145.

I conduct system audits in accordance with these standards, especiallly your outsourced internal audits, which is an asset for strengthening your organization's credibility and performance.

Operational Quality animation in production

My expertise also includes flows and processes optimization, non-quality cost reduction, scraps analysis, as well as implementation and monitoring of efficient action plans.

I am QSE auditor for ISO9001 / 45001 / 14001, IRCA Certified by Bureau Veritas for ISO9001, and internal auditor EN9100 and EN9145 by Euro-Symbiose and Afnor.

These certifications attest to my skills as an auditor according to the most recognized international standards; this is a guarantee of professionalism and rigor in my interventions.

Local and International expertise

My company is located close to Orléans, in the French "Loiret" Department, so my interventions on site are mostly done in the "Val de Loire" region.
My business trips proposals for supplier’s quality management are covering France, Europe and also far countries like Türkiye and China.
I'm really flexible to answer to my client’s needs.

My services are available in the form of a one-day audit or assistance, or as a multi-day package. Multi-day packages are modular and flexible to meet your specific needs, such as timeshare arrangements spanning several weeks or several months.
